refactor: 我的钱包 → 持仓，统一交易所语境

- 首页卡片: "我的钱包" → "持仓"
- 完整页面标题: "我的钱包" → "我的持仓"
- 图标: account_balance_wallet → inventory_2 (仓位/库存)
- 更新注释和 main.dart 描述
