feat(conversation): add proxy support for Anthropic API

- Add https-proxy-agent dependency
- Configure httpAgent in ClaudeAgentService when ANTHROPIC_PROXY_URL is set
- Add ANTHROPIC_PROXY_URL environment variable to docker-compose.yml
