hailin 51a7589fbf fix(agents): export EVALUATION_RULE_REPOSITORY from AgentsModule ... The AdminEvaluationRuleController in ConversationModule needs the EVALUATION_RULE_REPOSITORY token. Even though AgentsModule is @Global(), Symbol-based providers must be explicitly exported to be available in other modules.
