Three settings rows are hidden via `if (false)` — all code is fully preserved
and can be restored by removing the condition:

- Add animated robot avatar widget (CustomPainter, 5 states: idle/thinking/executing/speaking/alert)

- Add agentConfigs endpoint to ApiEndpoints
