Full-stack implementation allowing users to choose between Claude Agent SDK (default, with tool approval, skill injection, session resume) and Claude API (direct, lower latency) in Flutter settings. Agent SDK mode wraps prompts with voice-conversation instructions for concise spoken Chinese output.
