hailin 90f11fc572 fix(agent): pass IT0_AGENT_SERVICE_URL env var to openclaw container ... supervisord uses %(ENV_IT0_AGENT_SERVICE_URL)s expansion which fails if the var is not present, crashing the entire supervisor process.
