feat(mining-app+admin): 挖矿记录积分股小数精度统一提升至13位

需求：每次预种叠加后的积分股变化极小，原有精度（APP 4位/后台 8位）
无法有效区分，需提升至13位小数以便查看细微变化。

修改范围：
- mining-admin-web: 分配记录 shareAmount 8→13 位小数
- mining-admin-web: 补发记录 amount 8→13 位小数
- mining-app: 补发记录 amount 4→13 位小数
  （mining-app 分配记录已在上一次提交中修改）
