fix(mining-admin-web): 移除 Google Fonts 依赖，改用系统字体 

服务器构建时无法访问 fonts.googleapis.com（ETIMEDOUT），
导致 next build 失败。移除 next/font/google 的 Inter 引入，
直接使用 Tailwind 默认系统字体栈（-apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,
Segoe UI, Roboto 等），无需网络请求，离线构建完全可用。
