fix(wallet): settle 时清除 pending_expire_at 避免残留倒计时

settleUserPendingRewards 全量结算后 pendingUsdt=0，
但 pendingExpireAt 未清除导致 API 仍返回过期时间。
与 expirePendingReward/claimRewards 行为保持一致。
