hailin 8a47659c47 feat(batch-mining): 按阶段创建补发记录并添加用户查询功能 
- 修改BatchMiningRecord表结构，添加phase和daysInPhase字段
- 修改execute函数，按阶段为每个用户创建记录
- 添加用户批量补发记录查询API
- mining-admin-web用户详情页添加"批量补发"Tab
