为所有 Docker 服务添加 TZ=Asia/Shanghai 环境变量，确保日志时间和定时任务使用中国时区：
- 基础设施: postgres, redis, zookeeper, kafka
- 应用服务: identity, wallet, backup, planting, referral, reward, mpc, leaderboard, reporting, authorization, admin, blockchain
