预种控制器 @Controller('pre-planting') 的路由 /api/v1/pre-planting
未在 Kong 网关中配置，导致所有预种API请求返回 "no Route matched"。
新增 pre-planting-api 路由指向 planting-service (192.168.1.111:3003)。
