hailin 2534068f70 fix(mining): remove duplicate burn mechanism from mining-service ... Mining-service incorrectly implemented its own burn mechanism (10-year cycle) which was not in the requirements. Per requirements, only trading-service should handle per-minute burn (4756.47/minute).
