hailin 906279ee8a fix(mobile): 修复用户详情页头像和用户ID显示问题 
- 修复avatarUrl为SVG数据时的渲染问题，添加SVG检测逻辑
- 修复后端getUserInfoBySequence响应解析，处理包装格式
- 将用户详情弹窗改为全屏页面，提供更好的用户体验
