hailin ac4bd46c13 fix(wallet-service): 添加 /api/v1 前缀到 identity-client 的 baseURL 
identity-service 有全局前缀 api/v1，所以调用路径应该是：
- /api/v1/user/sms/send-withdraw-code
- /api/v1/user/sms/verify-withdraw-code
- /api/v1/user/verify-password
