hailin c51539e494 fix(docker): 补充 mining-admin-service 池账户相关环境变量 
添加 MINING_WALLET_SERVICE_URL、MINING_BLOCKCHAIN_SERVICE_URL、
BURN_POOL_WALLET_USERNAME、MINING_POOL_WALLET_USERNAME 到
docker-compose.2.0.yml 的 mining-admin-service 配置中。

缺少这些变量导致池账户 API 的 walletName→poolType 映射为空，
返回 400 Bad Request。
