hailin e783661002 fix(c2c): 修复水单上传权限、手机号显示、卖方ID显示 
- Dockerfile 预创建 /app/uploads/c2c-proofs 并设置正确权限
- JWT guard 从 token payload 提取 phone 字段（之前仅提取 accountSequence）
- 订单详情页订单信息组新增卖方ID显示
