hailin	f461e341ba	fix: filter thinking content and deduplicate SSE chunks in AntafLLM ... Ant Afu returns internal reasoning/thinking process mixed with actual response text, causing TTS to read out internal monologue. Also fixes duplicate text chunks being sent repeatedly.
