hailin d5dc248a16 feat(mining-app): 添加补发记录功能 
- 添加批量补发记录 API endpoint
- 创建 BatchMiningRecord 实体和模型
- 添加批量补发记录 provider 和页面
- 在"我的"页面动态显示补发记录入口（仅当用户有记录时显示）
